Yelp UX Audit & Redesign
Yelp is one of the Internet’s most popular rating and review sites for local businesses since its founding in 2004. It serves as an online review site in which customers shared their experiences, helping others make informed decisions about restaurants, auto-repair shops, and local businesses.
Task
To carry out an audit of the existing UX/UI, identify the pain points from the journey maps and userflows. Ultimately, present a redesign of the UI that addresses the issues found in the audit.
